| The last 2 months have seen a large increse in the number of visitors to our website. Also encouraging is the number of enquiries for property for sale. It maybe too early to say if this means that we have reached the bottom and a new confidence in the property market is finally here. What we can tell from our statistics is that property sensibly priced and better still at bargain prices are recieving a lot of interest. Where a client of ours has reduced the price of their property significantly we often receive an enquiry within hours of the price reduction. We are receiving several telephone calls and emails every day now, with potential buyers getting on the plane to come out and view properties they are interested in. In the main they are cash buyers who recognise that the Spanish property market offers very good value for money.
Traditionally the spring has always been an inportant time for buying and selling. Our advice to buyers is, the amount of property at exceptional prices might not be around for much longer. If you are selling your property and are motivated to sell make sure your property is more appealing than your competition. Ask yourself what makes your property special, is it looking at its best and is the price competitive compared to similar property? If not, now is the time to do something about it because July and August will soon be here and that generally means everyone heads for the beach.
