| We can 100% recommend Cactus Property Management. Jake & Paula have maintained our pool for over 2 years and have resolved the many problems that we initially had with it, also liasing with the builder on our behalf. If it wasnt for their knowledge our pool would not be up to the high standard that it is today. They are observant on our property in our absence, and have been totally professional at all times. |

| Jake and Paula heve maimtained my property and pool for the last year.
I find them to be very freindly and helpfull. They have always answered my enquiries without fail.
When my pool pump was faulty Jake managed to get the developers to repair the pump as it was developers fault.
Whenever I require anything to be done they are always ready to fulfill my request. There was a recent incident whereby Jake and Paula noticed a problem with the apartment and they have chased the developers to rectify the problems.
I therefor have no hesitation in recomending Cactus Propert Management |

| Jake and Paula have looked after our pool and gardens for a year now and we have been thoroughly satisfied. As we are not at the property full time, they let us know if there are any problems and will do their best to sort them out for us.
When we are at our property, we can ring them at any time and they will be there to help, coming out to us if necessary.
We are pleased with the fees that they charge, these are reasonable for the service they provide.
The monthly update on our pool is always sent on time.

| I want to recommend Cactus to anyone who has a swimming pool in the Mojacar region.
Personally, I had nothing but problems with the pool when I took ownership of the villa last year and the agent who I purchased through were no help at all. Cactus got the pool working and clean in no time and since then have made sure that no problems have re-occurred. They are extremely knowledgeable on pools without any doubt. Thank you for all your hard work. |

| Jake and Paula took over our pool when it was not very clean. It required quite a bit of effort to restore it back to "new", but they sorted all the problems out and have kept it in very good condition for over 18 months. They have also proved very helpful in other small ways. |

| Jake and Paula have looked after my Swimming pool for a year now and I have found them knowledgeable and reliable. When there was a problem with the pump, they sorted the problem quickly without great expense.
They have also recently taken on my property management and many of my guests have commented on how polite and helpful they have been.
I wholly recommend them to anyone requiring Property management or pool cleaning services. |
