East of England Martial Arts Centre
I have 38 years experience in this field and I am based at the Sophia Wellness Centre in Arboleas.
Classes are held every Tuesday between 6pm & 7pm and are for males and females ages 6yrs upwards.
The classes incorporate Discipline, Self Defence, Chinese Boxing, Weapon Training including Knife and Spear Handling.
