Girasol Health Food Shop and Community Centre now in it's third year and expanding and improving all the time. Customers special requirements and requests are not a problem. A wide range of berries, grains, pulses, seaweed, pastas, milks, vitamins and minerals always available. We have a vast selection of teas from Earl Grey to Indian Chai. Unusual ingredients are available for that Japanese meal including sushi rice, nori wasabi powder. Various different types of tofu including braised and Seitan. Many products are suitable for Vegans. Wide range of Solgar and Lamberts vitamins always in stock. Discounts given for bulk orders. You need never go without your favourite food again. After you've done your shopping why not join one of our classes and improve your physical and mental health. Opening times are from 10-6pm monday to friday and 10-2pm saturdays. | Girasol has always been a place to pop into & buy the odd thing or two, but recently due to a spell of making your own, I’ve needed many more things from the shop, the lady who runs it is very pleasant & always happy to help even when you don’t end up buying anything!
Also she never sells you the most espensive items, just what you are looking for, a refreshing change....... |

| My wife and I have been using Girasol since moving to Spain in December 2008. We lived near Arboleas and although we are now on the coast we will plan a trip to shop here as well as the Mercadona and fruit shop on the corner simply because the shop is well stocked, Claire is a fountain of knowledge on her stock and will recommend items and get them in if necessary. You can also obtain GoWaterless products as well, another excellent company and product. |

| Claire’s Girasol is a regular stop on my shopping trips. Before, I used to drive to the coast in order to get my health-food supplies. Thank God, this is over. Because Claire stocks my favorites and makes sure that they always are available. The choice of sweets and candies and nut-fruit-grain bars is excellent leaving nothing to be wished for.
A further advantage is the convenient location of Girasol, just round the corner of Mercadona, with plenty of parking available. |

| I have been shopping at Claire’s Girasol since she opened the shop. Girasol is very well stocked covering an amazing range of health-food products. I want to mention particularly the large selection of teas, rice, flours and grains together with an astonishing choice of pasta.
Claire always has been helpful with suggestions for new recipes and has been most willing to order special products for me. |
