Policy: It has always been our policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. Our toes curl at the sight of small print, but it appears that not only to add to our creditability but to comply with new legislation (EC Distance Selling Directive) we are required to offer you our own 'large print' version. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).
Data & Privacy: The information collected from you at the time you sign up to Recommend Us will be stored in our database and is used purely to display for advertisement purposes. Any private information, including email addresses, will never be made available to visitors of the website or web robots. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.
Contact: We will only contact you in connection with your listing on Recommend Us and keep you well informed of any changes or upgrade which may affect your listing on the website. Members will also receive monthly emails regarding their listing statistics. We will not email you at all without your permission aside from the aforementioned cases.
Guarantee: Although Recommend Us is brand new, we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our product and service. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).
Refunds: In the event of loss of information or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a membership renewal is not acceptable, a full refund will be sent. If initial payment was by Credit Card, then the refund will be made back to your Credit Card Company. If however payment was by bank transfer, then the refund will be transferred to the account that you specify when we contact you regarding the refund.
Complaints: We take any complaint very seriously and would expect to contact you within a few hours of the initial complaint, although there may be a delay of up to 48 hours during fiestas.
Taxes: All payments made to Recommend Us are subject to IVA, currently at 16%.
Reviews: Reviews made on this website are the personal opinions of the people who make the reviews and not the personal opinions of Recommend Us.es. Reviews are administrated before being made live and any comments we feel are either unfair or libellous will not be published. Full members can remove any reviews before publication, whether good or bad.
